Takada Shuhei
1974年、浅草生まれ。16歳でフランス料理の世界に入る。
都内のフレンチレストランでの調理経験や、シティホテルで務めた後、1998年に渡仏。
南仏・プロヴァンスの2つ星レストランでの修業に始まり、出張料理人としてホームパーティーや各種イベントなどで料理をふるまい、腕を磨く。
同時に、食をはじめとするあらゆる文化・伝統・芸術など、フランスが誇る多くの魅力に触れる。
また、プロヴァンス大学では2年間フランス語を学び、24歳から28歳までの4年間をフランスで過ごした後に帰国。
2003年3月19日、自らの原点、生まれ育った場所にほど近い浅草橋の地に、フレンチレストラン「PATATI-PATATA（パタティパタタ）」をオープン。
次いで2009年には2号店フレンチビストロ「La cantine du Midi（ラ カンティーヌ ドュ ミディ）」を白金にオープン。
さらに2011年7月、人形町にフレンチバル「St-pierre（サンピエール）」をオープンさせた。
