Information regarding the privacy policy

We are responsible for all data processing (e.g. collection, processing and transmission) in accordance with legal requirements. The following explanation gives you an overview of the type of data collected, the way in which this data is used and passed on, and the way in which you get information regarding the data that we receive.

§ 1 Collection and storage of personal data

Personal data includes individual details of personal or factual circumstances of a particular or identifiable natural person, including your name, address, telephone number, date of birth, bank details, and your IP address.

When using our web pages, the following data is recorded, whereby the storage is exclusively for internal system-related and statistical purposes: names of the visited pages, the browser used, the operating system and the requested domain, date and time of access, search engines, names of downloaded files and your IP address will be deleted as soon as possible, at the latest immediately after the end of the usage process.

Further personal information will only be collected if you voluntarily make it available to us, for example, within the scope of a request or registration. To use our online ordering service, registration is required. In this case, all data required for the execution and processing of orders are queried: your complete name or complete company name together with the person of the authorized representative, your e-mail address, your address (invoice and possibly different delivery address) and your phone number. You must also choose a username and password; this allows you to log in more easily without re-entering data. We store the data entered by you for setting up a customer account, via which we record, process and execute your orders. We keep your data for further orders (registration) as long as you keep the registration. You have the right to retrieve, correct and delete your registration data at any time. We will also delete your registration if a deletion is required by law, at the latest two years after the execution of your last order.

§ 2 Use, transmission and deletion of personal data

We use the personal data provided by you to answer your questions, to process your order, to check your creditworthiness as well as for the technical administration of the websites.

You can subscribe to our e-mail newsletter. In this case, we must collect and store your e-mail address. We only use it to send newsletter e-mails, which will inform you about current offers. You can always unsubscribe by clicking on the "Unsubscribe Newsletter" field on our website. If this is the case, your data will be deleted.

A transfer, sale or any other transmission of your personal data to third parties takes place only if the transfer is necessary for the purpose of contract processing, for billing purposes, for the collection of a fee or if you have expressly consented. For example, it may be necessary for us to pass on your address and order data to the supplier if your order is to be sent directly from the factory. Our suppliers only receive information that is necessary to fulfill their respective tasks. Any other use of the information is not allowed. In addition, we are entitled to pass on personal data to collection agencies, and we reserve the right to exchange data with the protection organizations of the economy (e.g. Schufa).

Furthermore, we do not rule out the transmission of anonymized usage data for purposes of market research. An identification of users is excluded.

We would like to point out that upon the order of the competent authority, we are entitled to provide information on personal data, as long as this is necessary for the purposes of law enforcement, for the protection against danger by the police authorities of the Länder, to fulfill the statutory tasks of the constitutional protection authorities of the Federation and the Länder, the Federal Intelligence Service or the Military Intelligence Service or for the enforcement of intellectual property rights.
